Excellent Location, Great Value
central location spacious room fresh air
I really enjoyed the central location. It made seeing the sights easy. My room was clean and quite spacious. Windows opened and I got fresh air.

Acceptable Location, Noticeable Shortcomings
The hotel is close to the Saxonian Royal Palace and the central location is convenient.
The room lacked basic amenities such as toothpaste and slippers I found this disappointing. The WiFi signal was also quite weak in the room, difficult to work.

central location friendly staff clean room
The hotel is centrally located , made it easy to explore. I appreciated the friendly staff who were always ready to assist with requests. I found the room clean and well kept and I got good value for my money.
I found the elevators were difficult to navigate which was inconvenient when carrying my luggage.

The hotel is close to many attractions and public transportation. I walked to most places I wanted to visit and found the area very convenient for sightseeing. Parking is available nearby too.

The breakfast offers a wide variety of options with local specialties available. I enjoyed the selection of fresh pastries and fruits and I thought there was something for everyone. The coffee service was prompt.

great breakfast clean room central location faulty air conditioning excessive noise parking fee
I adore the location. It was so near the attractions. the room was very clean. breakfast was so good, it offered nice selection of treats.
the air conditioning does not work even after i asked them. noise from outside kept me awake. parking fees were a bit too expensive for my liking.
